Jilievo Terms and Conditions — Know the Rules

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or otherwise using the Jilievo platform at jilievo.lc, you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the Jilievo platform.

These Terms and Conditions constitute a binding legal agreement between you (the player) and Jilievo. They apply to all aspects of your use of the platform, including account creation, deposits, wagering, bonus participation, withdrawals, and any contact with the support team.

2. Eligibility

To register and use Jilievo, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where doing so does not violate local laws.

3. Account Registration

Each player may hold only one active account on the Jilievo platform. Creating duplicate accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being permanently closed with balances forfeited.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. This includes your full name, date of birth, valid email address, and a Pakistani mobile number. Providing false information during registration is a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. Jilievo will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect your account has been accessed by someone else, contact support immediately.

• One account per person, per household, and per device/IP address.
• Account details must match the name on any payment method used for withdrawals.
• Players must keep contact information current — particularly email and mobile number.
• Account sharing is not permitted under any circumstances.

4. Deposits & Payments

Jilievo processes all deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are currently supported for deposits:

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests on Jilievo are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements. All withdrawals must meet the following conditions before being processed:

• Your account must be fully verified with valid identification documents.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be completed before bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn.
• The withdrawal must meet the minimum withdrawal amount for the selected method.
• The receiving payment account must be in the same name as your Jilievo account.

Jilievo reserves the right to carry out additional identity and payment verification before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard security measure and is not indicative of any wrongdoing. Delays caused by incomplete verification are not the responsibility of Jilievo.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

Jilievo offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonus offers are subject to specific terms that are published on the relevant promotion page. The following general bonus rules apply across all offers unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players who have a verified account and have met any deposit requirement tied to the offer.
• All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement multiplier for each offer is stated clearly on the Promotions page.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, and per device.
• Free spin winnings are subject to the same wagering requirements as the bonus associated with those spins.

Where abuse is identified, Jilievo reserves the right to void the bonus, associated winnings, and in serious cases, close the account.

7. Game Rules & Fairness

All games available on Jilievo are provided by third-party software studios and operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. RNG systems ensure that game outcomes are statistically random and cannot be influenced by the player, the platform, or any external party.

Each game on Jilievo displays a Return to Player (RTP) percentage, which represents the theoretical long-term return of the game over a large number of rounds. RTP figures are provided by the game studio and are verified independently. Jilievo does not modify RTP settings on any game.

• Game results are final once a round is completed. Disconnection during a round does not void the bet — the round result will be recorded and reflected in your account upon reconnection.
